Mayurasana - The Peacock

This asana cures diseases of the stomach, glands and spleen, and removes all diseases caused by excess of wind, bile and phlegm. It easily digests food taken immoderately and promiscuously, and reduces to ashes even the terrible poisoning.  Halahala.
